New Three Acre Park to Break Ground in Avalon Park

Construction is set to begin this month on a new three acre park that will feature an outdoor stage for performance venues. This will be a great addition to the East Orlando community, which in the past has had to resort to portable stages to host events at the Town Center. Avalon Park has served as host to a variety of events including Art Walk, Avalon Aglow and other seasonal celebrations for the entire family.
Upcoming development within the community also includes at 45,000 sq.ft. medical office building and 40,000 sq ft. professional office building.
